Applied AI firm

AI is everywhere. Advantage is not.

BELMOST takes enterprises past the experiment: agentic systems that run internal processes, AI-powered products, generative-AI solutions engineered inside your environment, and teams trained to run all of it. Owned by you.

/001.

Selected engagements

  1. Advanced agentic AI delivered for the world's third-largest telecommunications company.

  2. Agentic systems in production at the UK's second-largest convergent telecoms operator.

  3. Strategy, pilot, and implementation of the new AI office for a government entity of an entire emirate.

Full dossiers, with names, architecture, and outcomes, are shared in person.

What we do

Four practices. One standard: production.

Every practice ends the same way: a system running in your environment, under real load, operated by your team. Engagements begin with a free consultation and a detailed proposal scoped to whichever practices your situation requires.

01

Process Automation

Agentic systems that run internal workflows end to end: the recurring, rule-heavy work that consumes your best people. Designed around how the work actually happens, not how the org chart says it does.

  • OrchestrationA principal directs specialist teams through defined handoffs, each with an output that can be checked.
  • Human gatesThe system prepares the decision. A person makes it.
  • The recordEvery claim, check and decision lands in an audit trail the institution can open.

Proven inS/01S/03S/04

You leave with: Throughput without headcount.

02

AI-Powered Products

Products with AI at the core: scoped, architected, and built to production quality inside your stack, ready for real users and real load from day one.

  • Domain modelsThe institution's scattered records, resolved into one model the product can trust.
  • Decision surfacesConsoles and packs shaped for the person who acts, never raw model text.
  • Honest numbersScores explain their factors. Forecasts carry confidence bands, not certainty.

Proven inS/01S/02

You leave with: A product your customers use, not a demo.

03

Generative AI Solutions

Design and implementation of generative-AI systems: retrieval, multi-agent orchestration, model selection, and on-premise or air-gapped deployment where the data cannot leave.

  • Adversarial reviewThe system argues with itself before it speaks: drafts, checkers, validation.
  • Policy as structureInstitutional rules built in as hard constraints, not written in as style.
  • Deterministic railsRules decide what is objective. Models reason only where judgment is required.

Proven inS/02S/03S/04

You leave with: A system that survives security review.

04

Adoption & Upskilling

The operating side of AI: governance, roadmaps, AI-office design, and hands-on training that moves your teams from watching demos to running systems.

  • TransferBuilt to be handed over. Your team runs it; the system no longer needs us.
  • Governance firstMandate and guardrails set before scale, not bolted on after.
  • Two tracksQuick wins deliver now. The structural build makes it permanent.

You leave with: A team that runs it without us.

How we work

One loop: understand, propose, build, embed.

We enter the organisation, learn how the work actually happens, propose the systems that should run it, build them inside your environment, and stay until your team runs them without us. Each phase below ends with a deliverable and an exit criterion the sponsor signs before the work advances.

01

Understand

Enter the organisation and map workflows as they actually run, not as the org chart says they run.

  • /001. DiscoveryA signed one-page problem statement and scope memo.

02

Propose

Identify which workflows AI should run, design the systems, and present the case in the sponsor's language with explicit scope and exit criteria.

  • /002. ArchitectureA signed architecture document and build plan.

03

Build

Construct the systems inside your environment: your data, your infrastructure, your security perimeter.

  • /003. BuildWorking code passing acceptance criteria in a development environment.
  • /004. DeployA deployed system passing acceptance under representative load, co-signed.

04

Embed

Integrate into daily operations, run under real load, and train your team until they operate independently. You own what was built.

  • /005. StabiliseThe client's team runs it independently; runbook complete; sign-off.
  • /006. Retain (optional)A rolling relationship; exit by either party per the MSA.

Engage

Senior architecture. Hands-on engineering. End-to-end accountability.

Three steps from first conversation to a signed engagement.

  1. 01

    The Free Consultation

A short, no-cost, no-obligation call: no materials required, no proposal prepared on the call. An honest fit assessment, including a pointer elsewhere if BELMOST isn't the right firm.

You leave with: A clear sense of fit and the shape of the engagement.

  2. 02

    The Detailed Proposal

A detailed proposal answering your core goals and concerns: the problem, the engagement shape, scope across whichever practices your situation requires, timeline, and commercial terms. Not a contract.

You leave with: A written articulation of the engagement, adjusted with you.

  3. 03

    The Engagement Contract

A signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work. You own the deliverable under a perpetual licence; BELMOST retains background IP; confidentiality is mutual and standing.

You leave with: A signed engagement, a kick-off date, and phase one in motion.

Four working systems. One programme.
